Privacy Policy

When you submit an inquiry or consultation request, the Company collects the following.

• Required: name, contact details (email address or phone number), details of the inquiry or work
• Optional: company name
• Collected automatically: access logs may be generated while you use the service, and visit statistics are collected through aggregate, cookie-free web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). This analytics does not identify individuals.

• Responding to and handling inquiries and consultations
• Providing service information and conducting adoption consultations
• Identity confirmation and smooth communication

Personal information collected is retained and used for one year after the inquiry or consultation is completed, and is destroyed without delay once that period has passed or the data subject requests deletion. Where applicable law sets a separate retention period, that period applies.

As a rule, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties. It may do so only when required by law or with the data subject’s prior consent.

To operate the service, the Company outsources the processing of personal information as follows, and manages and supervises the processor so that personal information is not processed beyond the purpose of the outsourced work.

To use the service above, users’ personal information may be stored and processed on servers outside Korea.

Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of their personal information, and the Company will act without delay in accordance with applicable law. Requests may be made in writing or by email to the privacy officer below.

Personal information whose retention period has passed or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered, and printed material is shredded or incinerated.

The Company limits access to personal information to what the work requires, and applies reasonable safeguards such as managing access records and encrypting data in transit.
