Enterprise

Company-wide operations,
one system of management.

Multiple roles and workflows, unified under a dedicated manager. Review, approval, and records stay exactly the same — only the scale grows. You still don't manage; you receive results.

Dedicated operations manager

A single point of contact — responsible for priorities, resourcing, and reporting.

SLA · service-level agreement

Response, start, and delivery standards agreed in contract. Specific numbers are confirmed in consultation.

Security · confidentiality

Minimal access, NDA contracts, audit trails. Data-handling policies provided in writing.

Multi-role · workflows

Multiple roles under one operating system. Recurring work is fixed into workflows and runs steadily.

Service levels

SLA framework

  • Response standard

A named owner responds within the agreed window after a request is received.

  • Start standard

Work starts at the agreed point, once scope, deadline, and standards are aligned.

  • Regular reporting

Weekly reports and scheduled reviews keep progress transparent.

  • Escalation

Uncertainty and delay are escalated immediately through an agreed path.

  • Quarterly review

We review outcomes together each quarter and tune the operation.

Security

Security · compliance

  • Least access

Permissions are granted only as far as the work requires, and revoked at the end.

  • Confidentiality

Information learned on the job is protected under NDA.

  • Data handling

Storage, access, and disposal policies are documented and written into the contract.

  • Audit trail

Key actions and approvals are recorded and traceable.

  • Approval before use

Important decisions proceed only after the designated approver signs off.

Common questions before adopting

How long does onboarding take?+

It depends on the scope and the number of roles. A pilot task can start quickly; for company-wide adoption, the onboarding period for scope, tools, and communication is set together in consultation.

Does it work with our existing tools?+

We default to the channels and tools you already use. The exact integration scope is confirmed in consultation, after reviewing your environment.

How are data and security handled?+

Permissions are limited to what the work requires and revoked at the end. NDA, data-handling and retention policies, and audit trails are fixed in the contract and in writing.

How are SLA numbers set?+

Response, start, and delivery standards are agreed in consultation to fit your work, and written into the contract. We don't hand down one fixed number.

Minimum term or pricing?+

Pricing follows the role mix and the scope of work, and is confirmed in consultation along with contract terms. We don't ask for a big contract up front — validate with a pilot, then expand.
